Disruption to order delivery expected

Richard Tregoweth - Saturday, April 14, 2018

When Treetools started in a garage ten years ago, we had no idea the business would expand to the size we are now. Even our move to the East Tamaki warehouse in 2011 has not satisfied the demand for space.

Due to this growth, Treetools are adding a mezzanine floor to our current stock holding area. The construction of the mezzanine floor doubles our warehouse storage space; the additional room will allow us to maintain sufficient stock levels to satisfy the future needs of our customers.

The installation of the mezzanine floor is likely to cause severe disruption to the operation of the warehouse, both in picking and dispatch of orders.

Expect some 'out-of-stocks' and delays

Over the next 3-weeks a significant portion of the Treetools stock will be inaccessible which means the Treetools team might not be able to achieve our usual levels of service.

Commencing Monday 16 April, customers should anticipate possible delays in getting orders picked and dispatched. We plan for the operation of the warehouse to return to normal by Friday 4 May.

We apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
