If operating at COVID-19 Alert Level 3, as per the New Zealand Government's mandate, Treetools New Zealand will comply with the COVID-19 Alert Level 3 Restrictions until advised otherwise by the New Zealand Government.
Treetools staff safety is paramount during this time; all staff will remain at home with their families for the duration. Treetools directors, Anna and Richard, will complete day to day business in two individual shifts; Richard in the morning and Anna in the evening, sanitizing work areas between each changeover. Expect possible delays with answering the phone, you may be transferred to Richard's mobile. Some calls may be missed but we will do our best.

Treetools Trade Shop and showroom in East Tamaki is closed to the public during COVID-19 Alert Level 3, but we will continue shipping customers' web and phone orders via CourierPost and Mainfreight. CourierPost is limited to one pick-up per day, usually arriving at Treetools at about 3:30 pm. All orders received after this time will ship the following day. Anticipate potential delays with CourierPost and Mainfreight ladder delivery.

Please place your order online, by telephone or email. For urgent Auckland website orders, please select 'pick up' at check-out and wait for a confirming email advising when the parcel is ready for collection. The Pick Up, Drop Off point is via the small door in the large roller door at Treetools Inwards Goods entrance (through the partially open yard gate) - DO NOT ENTER THE TREETOOLS WAREHOUSE.
Please scan the COVID-19 QR Tracer App code poster located on the wall to the left of the entrance door to show you have visited Treetools, should location proof be needed for contact tracing at a future date.
Payments for online orders and trade account holders remain unchanged—phone or email orders can be completed by bank transfer or via credit card details given over the phone - TREETOOLS PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS MUST BE 'CONTACTLESS' - PLEASE DO NOT OFFER CASH AT THE POINT OF SALE. Orders will ship on receipt of payment.

Treetools can receive shipments and returns. We have implemented new safety procedures for receiving deliveries and dispatching orders; please note the following:
Returned or exchanged product may take a few days to process, depending on what action is required. Make sure the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the returning parcel. Please be patient.

Splicing and sewn terminations are completed by hand and this takes time. We try to have all our spliced climbing lines and sewn lanyards and friction cords available ex-stock but sometimes that is not possible. As a result there may be delays with some spliced product and sewn terminations. We will get it done but it may take a couple of days to complete.
